How Dare You

How Dare You

How dare you leave me me alone,
To face each and every day.
This is not what we had planned,
Things should not have gone this way.

How dare you treat us this way,
Break our plans for tomorrow.
Smothered all our hopes and dreams,
Replaced with tears and sorrow.

How dare you leave us to cope,
No mother to make it right.
A little girl needs her mum,
Instead you gave up the fight.

How dare you leave such a mess,
Up and leave without a trace.
Your departure premature,
Into Heaven's sweet embrace.
